2. Is Ideas2IT a consulting company?
NO. We are a product based software development company. Some of the customers for our flagship Radaptive(www.radaptive.com) product are Ebay, Paypal, Ask.com, Motorola and recently signed up Microsoft as a customer. We also incubate start up ideas like www.chennaimoms.com, www.sitterscout.com and more.
3. Do Ideas2IT use any consulting company for recruitment of freshers?
Not anymore. This is to make sure that the candidates are not exploited in any way.
4. Does the candidate have to pay any fees to appear for the test?
No. Its completely free.
5. a. Does the candidate have to pay anything for the initial period of employment?
b. Is there a training period during which the candidate don't get paid?
NO and NO. You will undergo intensive training in the initial 3 months. But you will be paid from day one.
