Who are we?
We are a Product Development company at heart. We build products for high flying startups and innovative enterprises like Facebook, Roche, Microsoft, Oracle and Siemens. This revenue and expertise feeds our IdeaFactory initiative.
As part of our IdeaFactory, we found and fund companies. We incubate ideas and spin them off as separate companies once they find traction. We invest in and build the next generation of companies shaping the future. We care deeply about the world we live in and strive to build products that make everyday exceptional. We’re a company builder and venture fund all in one. All initial ideas are generated, incubated, and funded in-house, through a rigorous and collaborative process.
We have a proven track record of launching companies, all of which have gone on to raise VC funds. A few of them are listed below.

Or you’ve always wanted to but taken the plunge. You’ve always been hungry. You’re ready for your next challenge. And you’re looking for a co-founder. Well…we are your co-founder.
Below are a few archetypes for this role.
- You have strong skills in any one of the following – strategy, product, technology, sales, marketing or operations.
- You are a serial entrepreneur and are looking for help to identify and launch your next opportunity. The success or failure of your prior startup(s) doesn’t matter. What does matter is empathy for founders. The perfect candidate commands respect from founders: you’ve been in the trenches and your advice proves to be true, more often than not.
- You have worked in a big tech/ fast-growing startup and are looking to put your skills and expertise towards a mission of your own.
- You have seen what it takes to build a startup as an early employee and are eager to build your own founder journey. While you don’t need an existing idea, you are set on founding a company.

What you’ll do?
You will be responsible for a variety of job duties, along with a goal of positively impacting the company’s bottom line. You will plan, direct, and coordinate operations in support of a company’s growth. Typical duties also include formulating policies and strategic plans for future growth, and managing daily operations of personnel, finances, administration and other departments (including IT). Your tasks will vary, but some of your responsibilities will be:
- Driving projects, such as starting a new product, creating stellar marketing operations, crafting and executing sales strategies, or recruiting and leading A+ teams – basically anything related to building new market and products
- Champion and develop the business idea together and work closely with the multi-disciplined startup team (Founders, PMs, Engineers, etc.) to move your opportunity
- Early-stage testing, validation, and refinement of business ideas to ensure product-market-fit and secure lead customers to minimize time to revenue
- Iteratively create a go-to-market plan while continuously testing and refining the business model
- Build an awesome team around you, grow revenue and customer base, and raise investment
- Handle strategic partnership deals and direct sales, investor relations, and build a great team and culture
- Develop and execute strategies as you gain new insights, support expansion and daily operations
- Additional duties could include maintaining an efficient team structure and performance, maximizing new client engagement, and working with the leadership team to develop plans to meet future needs.
- In addition, you also will be required to develop strong relationships with outside partners – such as vendors and advisors, and internal partners including department supervisors and co-executives.

- Are a big believer of the YC ethos: build quickly, talk to users, repeat fast. We favor product thinkers and makers who can guide Founders in this direction.
- Have a genuine interest in learning and are proactively looking for ways to improve
- Ready to rapidly grow into a company leader. You will build company culture and help shape our future.
- Get a lot done quickly, and can translate your skills into new processes that your team will follow.
