Deﬁne vision: To work closely with the leadership team to deﬁne the future growth of the brand and business, managing a globally distributed team. Create and communicate a clear vision and effectively align resources and activities to achieve organizational goals
Strategy: Create a robust marketing plan, working closely with key stakeholders to get buy-in and help implement it
Execution: Own, build and execute a marketing strategy that is focused on brand awareness and lead generation
Customer development & Research: Analyze consumer behavior and determine customer personas
Competition analysis: Conduct competitive analysis, get insights, and build insights into marketing strategy and tactical materials. Keep a close watch on the competition, their messaging, and their product evolution.
Storytelling: Work closely with Sales, Product, Design, and Development teams to deliver a compelling story to the market.
Branding: Ensure our brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts (like events, email campaigns, web pages, and promotional material)
GTM Planning: Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share. Segment the market and develop a plan to acquire new clients using innovative online channels
Lead Generation: Grow new leads, including marketing-qualiﬁed leads, by converting site traffic through calls-to-action, landing pages, and lead-generation content
Product evangelism: Interview industry experts within the team (sales, product, customer success) and create educational, thought leadership, and expert content for the market
Instrumentation: Spearhead the strategic and tactical execution of marketing campaigns, including design of test/control segmentation, implementation of tests, tracking, results reporting, analysis, and recommendations.
Budget Management: Responsible for tracking and monitoring marketing budget
Team management: Coach and lead a team that creates impactful marketing campaigns that customers love
Ideation: Be an innovator in marketing and continuously bring new ideas to the table from all categories and markets.
