  • Ensure alignment between technical solutions and project objectives through clear communication, spanning both front-end and back-end development aspects.

Competitive Technical Analysis:

  • Keep abreast of advancements in Java development to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Offer insights on cutting-edge techniques to differentiate our solutions, incorporating both front-end and back-end innovations.

Cross-Team Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with design, testing, and deployment teams for seamless project execution, ensuring holistic integration of front-end and back-end components.
  • Advocate for customer-centric development to deliver exceptional solutions that encompass
    both front-end and back-end requirements.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of Full Stack Java development experience, with expertise in Spring MVC or Spring Boot, Hibernate, and cloud platforms.
  • Strong understanding of core concepts like garbage collection, multithreading, and memory management, applicable to both front-end and back-end development.
  • Ability to write high-performance, scalable applications, encompassing both front-end and back-end components.
  • Proficiency in front-end technologies such as JavaScript and frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.
  • Proficiency in building backend APIs using Java, Node, Python, or GoLang.
  • Proficiency in leveraging Cloud Native components in AWS, Azure, or GCP, applicable to both front-end and back-end development.
  • Experience in designing for performance and scalability in both front-end and back-end architectures is a big plus.
  • Experience in polyglot persistence using databases like relational (MySQL, Postgres) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Cassandra, DynamoDB, Redis, etc.), spanning both front-end and back-end requirements.
  • Familiarity with DevOps tools and technologies is a plus, ensuring seamless deployment and integration of both front-end and back-end solutions.
  • Passion for continuous learning of new technologies, applicable to both front-end and back-end development landscapes.
