Head Of Finance

Key Responsibility: Overseeing financial operations, driving financial strategy, and ensuring compliance in a dynamic business environment

Ideas2IT is a fast growing IT services company in the attractive segment of Product
Engineering and AI. Our goal is to reach $100M in 4 years and have a clearly defined plan
for this. We have a great customer base of Fortune 500 customers like Roche, Medtronic,
Facebook, Bloomberg and more.

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Head of Finance to join our executive
team. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned financial leader with a proven track record of
success in overseeing financial operations, driving financial strategy, and providing
leadership in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Our growth plan includes expanding internationally, growing via acquisitions, launching
new service lines etc. You will get an opportunity to strategically help with these initiatives
from the finance perspective.

If you are able to play a role in high level operations in addition to finance, it is an advantage
but not a must.

Responsibilities:

Financial Strategy: Develop and implement the company's financial strategy in alignment with its overall business
objectives. Provide financial insights and guidance to the executive team and board of directors.

Mergers and Acquisitions: Provide financial leadership and due diligence for potential mergers and acquisitions. Evaluate the
financial impact of strategic business decisions.

Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A): Oversee the budgeting and forecasting processes. Conduct financial analysis and modeling to support
strategic decision-making.

Financial Reporting: Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with relevant regulations and accounting
standards. Present financial reports to executive leadership and board members.

Budgeting and Forecasting: Lead the annual budgeting process and ongoing forecasting. Monitor and analyze financial
performance against budget and provide actionable insights

Cash Flow Management: Manage cash flow and liquidity to support daily operations and strategic initiatives. Implement
effective treasury management practices.

Risk Management: Identify and assess financial risks and implement strategies to mitigate them. Monitor and manage the
company's financial exposure.

Capital Management: Optimize the company's capital structure to support growth and financial stability. Manage cash flow
and working capital effectively.

Financial Operations: Oversee accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
Ensure proper internal controls and financial processes are in place.

Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and reporting requirements. Work with
external auditors to complete audits.

Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing finance team. Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and
continuous improvement.
