Key Responsibility: Lead our AI practice with a heavy focus on AGI. Drive our AI practice’s service strategy, identify platform/product opportunities, and build competency.
We are betting big on AGI/LLMs. We got into this early on with Facebook as our first
customer, and we are now searching for a Lead Data Scientist who can harness the
power of AI and AGI to drive data-driven innovations.
Strategic Vision: Develop and drive the AI strategy, aligning it with business objectives and ensuring it remains at the cutting edge of industry advancements
Solution Ideation: Spearhead the ideation and development of AI-driven solutions that address complex business challenges and drive value for clients
Client Collaboration: Act as a trusted advisor to clients, working closely to understand their needs, translate them into AI solutions, and ensure successful implementation
Technology Evaluation: Stay abreast of emerging AI technologies, tools, and platforms to make informed decisions on their adoption and integration into the team's workflow.
Project Management: Plan and execute data science projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope and budget.
Quality Assurance: Oversee the development and deployment of high-quality AI models, ensuring they meet performance metrics and adhere to ethical and compliance standards.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders to define project requirements and align data science efforts with business goals
Team Leadership: Manage and mentor the team of data scientists, setting performance goals and fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
Performance Evaluation: Conduct performance reviews, provide feedback, and identify opportunities for skill development within the data science team.
