Key Responsibility: Understand client needs, leverage technical expertise, and collaborate with the sales team to develop tailored proposals and presentations for effective product or service demonstrations.
We are betting big on AGI/LLMs. We got into this early on with Facebook as our first
customer. We are looking for a Product Thinker who can truly understand the possibilities
of AGI and unlock product opportunities. It doesn’t matter if you are not a classically
trained product owner as long as you are passionate about solving real-world problems
with emerging technologies.
Client Engagement:
● Initiate and foster meaningful interactions with potential clients to gain insights into their business requirements, challenges, and objectives.
● Conduct thorough needs assessments and deliver product or service demonstrations to showcase how our offerings align with and surpass client expectations.
● Capture and document the business requirements / need / scope of work understanding with clarity and precision
● Present the final proposal to the client
Solution Design & Development:
● Collaborate closely with our product development and engineering teams to gain an in-depth understanding of our product capabilities and upcoming enhancements.
● Design and propose customized solutions that effectively address the client requirement / scope of work captured emphasizing the unique value proposition of our service offerings.
Proposal Creation:
● Craft compelling proposals and presentations that clearly articulate the scope of work understanding, solution overview, technical details, differentiators and benefits of our value proposition..
● Ensure that proposals are tailored to each client's unique needs and resonate with their business objectives as captured in business requirements and scope of work understanding.
Technical & Domain Expertise:
● Stay abreast of business domain and industry trends, market competition, and emerging technologies to provide informed insights during the presale process.
● Offer technical expertise and support to the sales team and potential clients, facilitating a comprehensive understanding of our offerings.
Collaboration:
● Foster seamless collaboration with sales, marketing, delivery and practice teams to put together a winning solution design and proposal. .
● Serve as a bridge between clients and internal teams to facilitate smooth transitions from the presales phase to the implementation phase.
Client Education:
● Conduct training sessions or workshops for clients to ensure they possess a comprehensive understanding of the proposed solutions, fostering successful adoption.
