Job Overview

Technical Innovation and Strategy:

  • Collaborate across teams to drive innovation and set strategic technological directions.
  • Utilize your Java expertise to push the boundaries of development in various projects, spanning both front-end and back-end development.

Technical Insights and Opportunity:

  • Analyze technical trends and industry insights to uncover areas for improvement.
  • Translate findings into actionable features, leveraging your Java skills in both front-end and back-end development.

Strategic Technical Roadmapping:

  • Work closely with engineering teams to chart out technical roadmaps.
  • Prioritize feature development based on project needs and strategic goals, ensuring seamless integration between front-end and back-end components.

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Engage stakeholders to understand their technical requirements and validate project needs.
  • Ensure alignment between technical solutions and project objectives through clear communication, spanning both front-end and back-end development aspects.

Competitive Technical Analysis:

  • Keep abreast of advancements in Java development to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Offer insights on cutting-edge techniques to differentiate our solutions, incorporating both front-end and back-end innovations.

Cross-Team Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with design, testing, and deployment teams for seamless project execution, ensuring holistic integration of front-end and back-end components.
  • Advocate for customer-centric development to deliver exceptional solutions that encompass
    both front-end and back-end requirements.

  • Strong MVCC frontend development experience in frameworks like React, Angular (plus the NGRX Library), and Vue.
  • Strong foundation skills in HTML5, CSS3, SASS, LESS, SCSS, JavaScript, and OO JavaScript (OOJS).
  • Experience in building reusable components using modern techniques.
  • Experience in TDD (Testing Driven Development).
  • Knowledge of responsive design techniques, high proficiency with security and performance optimization techniques.
  • Experience in Source Control and Continuous Integration (Git, GitLab, BitBucket, Jenkins).
  • Strong problem-solving, debugging, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Good interpersonal relationship skills.
  • Good to Have:
    • Experience in AWS, Azure, and other cloud-based tools.
    • Experience in building PWA (Progressive Web App) applications.
    • Micro frontend experience across frameworks, for e.g., Federation modules in Angular.
