What You'll Solve & Build
Product Leadership
Define product vision, translate business needs into actionable features, and lead multi-functional teams across design, engineering, and AI research. You'll work with clients like Facebook, Roche, and Medtronic to bring their ideas to life—at scale.
Platform Innovation
Help shape Ideas2IT's in-house accelerators and AI-native platforms like Legacyleap and Qadence. You'll influence our product ecosystem—where prototypes evolve into production-ready products.

What You Need to Succeed
Experience managing full product lifecycles (discovery → delivery).
Skilled in Agile methodologies and backlog prioritization.
Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership.
Experience with Cloud, App Dev, or Generative AI initiatives.
Familiarity with SDLC, CI/CD, and release management.
Tools: Jira, Confluence, Analytics Platforms.
Experience in early-stage product building or startup ecosystems.
