The client, a digital twin-based healthcare process intelligence company, faced increasing friction as it scaled its platform offering across enterprise healthcare systems.

Data from ERP, SCM, and HRM lived in isolated systems, with no unified governance. Manual workflows slowed down procurement cycles and made resource planning reactive. AI/ML capabilities were fragmented, and process mining insights remained under-leveraged. Without an integrated platform, teams lacked visibility, scalability, and the ability to commercialize their data-driven solutions.

To realize their 2024–2028 vision, optimized P2P, intelligent supply chain ops, AI-driven resourcing, and data-first workflows, they needed a platform foundation.
