Find the AI opportunities worth funding. Build your 4 strongest agents in 5 days

Ideas2IT works with your tech teams to identify high-value opportunities for AI agents, quantify their economics and build up to four working prototypes.

For qualifying enterprises with more than $100M in annual revenue. No consulting fee. No implementation obligation.

What your team leaves with

  • 30–60candidate AI use cases mapped
  • 10–20opportunities sized and prioritized
  • Up to 4working agent prototypes
  • 1executive production roadmap

Enterprises have no shortage of AI ideas. The difficult part is deciding which ones deserve investment

The purpose of the sprint is to give your executive team enough evidence to make a production decision on specific AI opportunities.

  1. Where should we apply agents?

We map the workflows where automation can materially affect cost, revenue, quality or cycle time.

  2. Which opportunities should come first?

We score value, feasibility, readiness and time to value before selecting prototypes.

  3. Will the agent work in our environment?

We design against your systems, data, policies, approvals and operating constraints.

  4. What is the case for production?

Every selected prototype is tied to a quantified value hypothesis and an implementation path.

The 5 day engagement that takes you from workflow discovery to an executive production decision

  1. Day 1

    Map the opportunities

Structured working sessions with business workflow owners identify repetitive work, and areas of material economic value.

    Output30–60 candidate use cases
  2. Day 2

    Quantify and prioritize

Build the business case for the strongest opportunities and assess implementation feasibility, data readiness and time to value.

Output10–20 sized opportunities and 3–4 selected agents
  3. Day 3

    Design and build

We map enterprise context, define agent behavior, skills, systems and human approvals, then prototype the workflows using controlled data.

    OutputAgent blueprints and working prototypes
  4. Day 4

    Test and refine

Prototypes run through realistic workflows and are reviewed with workflow owners before the executive demonstration.

OutputUp to 4 reviewed working prototypes
  5. Day 5

    Executive review

We demonstrate the agents, present the business cases and review the investment and implementation path to production.

The sprint produces working evidence and the supporting decision material

  • 01

    AI Opportunity Map

30–60 candidate use cases tied to workflows, business owners and the source of potential value.

  • 02

    Prioritized Business Cases

10–20 opportunities assessed for economic value, feasibility, readiness and expected time to value.

  • 03

    Agent Blueprints

Detailed designs for selected agents, including outcomes, skills, systems, context, autonomy and approval requirements.

  • 04

    Working Prototypes

Up to four functional prototypes demonstrating the selected workflows against realistic scenarios.

  • 05

    Enterprise Context Blueprint

A map of the data, systems, terminology, permissions and organizational context required for production.

  • 06

    Production Roadmap

A 30/60/90-day plan covering the recommended sequence, dependencies and next implementation decisions.

*The artifacts are designed to remain useful whether you proceed with Ideas2IT, use another implementation partner or retain the work for a later program.

Our framework for evaluating agentic opportunities

We use the same framework across the opportunity portfolio so that the final recommendations can be challenged and reviewed by finance, business and technology stakeholders.

A small joint team is enough to run the sprint

We keep participation focused. Business owners join the sessions relevant to their workflows rather than sitting through the entire week.

Ideas2IT Team

  • Consulting Lead

Runs discovery, business-case development, prioritization and the executive review.

  • AI Architect

Defines agent architecture, enterprise context, systems, guardrails and the path to production.

  • Forward-Deployed Engineer (FDE)

Builds, tests and refines the prototypes alongside your team during the sprint.

Your Team

  • Executive Sponsor

Provides business context, removes access barriers and participates in the final decision.

  • Business / Workflow Owners

Explain current workflows, validate assumptions and review the prototypes relevant to their functions.

  • Technology / Data Representative

Provides system context, data constraints, security requirements and integration considerations.

Who the sprint is designed for

We accept a limited number of enterprise sprints

The sprint works best when there is enough operational scale to support a meaningful business case and an executive team prepared to act on the findings.

Questions enterprises usually ask

Before you apply

Yes, for enterprises selected for the program. The client is responsible for making the appropriate business and technology participants available during the week.

No. The sprint is designed to validate the workflow before production access is required. Public interfaces can be used where appropriate, while private integrations can be mocked using representative data and system behavior.

No. They are working prototypes designed to test workflow behavior, enterprise context, approvals and business value. The production roadmap identifies the work required for security, integration, evaluation, governance and deployment.

Your executive team decides which opportunities, if any, warrant production investment. Ideas2IT can take selected agents into production, but there is no obligation to use Ideas2IT for implementation.

Yes. Existing use cases can enter the same evaluation process alongside opportunities identified during the sprint. This allows the full set to be compared using one economic and feasibility framework.
